I’ve been working with clients for over 4 years. Unhealthy food is just another drug when abused and a lot of people are still using against their will. We want freedom. Freedom to go hiking without shortness of breath from carrying extra weight or the freedom to choose the clothes we wear based on what we like not what we’re comfortable wearing in front of others. With health and weight loss comes improved strength, mobility, endurance, self-esteem, and confidence. That opens up a lot of doors. I have clients who are looking to fit into bridesmaids dresses and feel beautiful and clients who want to be able to take their kids to the amusement park for the day without having to repeatedly stop to rest. We have an opportunity to experience freedom from the limitations of our bodies and a longer healthier life.
As a client, we will begin by discussing your specific goals and getting down to what exactly you’re looking to achieve and why. Becoming clear on the why is just as important as the what because the why is going to be what drives you forward on the days you want to give up. We will discuss any prior injuries or experience with exercise and also go over any dietary restrictions. From that point, I would design a meal plan based on your body type and your goals and put together your exercise plan to accomplish our newly set goals in the most efficient time frame possible.
In the workout program PDF, there will be a link to an exercise library I have put together that will show you a visual and explain in detail how to perform each exercise. We will have a weekly check-in by email where we will discuss the diet and the exercise program. The check-in will also include a weigh in and progress picture so that I can assess the changes your body is making and make adjustments to the diet and program as needed.
We will also schedule a bi-weekly skype or facetime session to go over any questions and really dig into any barriers you may be facing along the way. Weekly I will have times set aside to answer any questions through email as well so that we are in regular contact and you have access to me for any questions that may arise along the way.
The program is set up on a monthly schedule and the cost is $150. If you were to sign up for 3 months the cost would be $375 (Saving 75 dollars) and 6 months would be $750 (Saving 250 dollars). Payment is accepted through Paypal, Venmo, and the Cash app.
You get a customized meal plan and exercise program designed to get you to the goals we set together, accountability through email, text, and Skype or Facetime, and all adjustments to the meal plan and exercise program along the way to keep your body doing what we want it to and move you forward as your strength and ability increases.
