The “Earn It” Program

This Program was designed for those who are completely fed up with the way they’re living and ready to take drastic action in order to alter their path.

It is my most immersive program created out of necessity for those who are at a crossroads and ready to make permanent lifelong changes for their physical and mental health.

If you’ve been feeling like you need to do something different, this is it.

The program is built around building character and accountability. Self-discipline, perseverance, grit, commitment, dedication, and drive are just a few of the things you will walk away with. This program is a re-birth… a new life. It will harden you for whatever life throws your way. All of the character traits you develop or sharpen throughout “Earn It” will carry you through the rest of your life and ripple into your career, relationships, marriage, and finances.

The “Earn It” Program:

  1. The program is a 30-day commitment minimum. You are committing to training 6 days a week, 5 thirty minute sessions with me and 1 accountability workout that you will complete and report back to check in. The penalty for missing a workout is 100 burpees at the beginning of the following session. If you choose not to return you will forfeit your remaining sessions.
  2. A custom meal plan will be designed for you specifically. It will be your responsibility to shop, cook, and prepare the foods listed and check in during your meal times throughout the day. I will know if you are eating outside of the program and the penalty is 100 burpees.
  3. You will need to drink a gallon of water a day. Hydration is important for energy and metabolism throughout the day. Because of this hydration, you will not be holding water weight.
  4. There will be a weekly reading assignment. In order to make lasting changes, we must consistently be in pursuit of growth. Developing the mindset necessary for success is done in part by feeding the mind positive information and expanding our outlooks on our situations.
